Returns & Refunds

Fair Support When a Part Is Not Right

Car Parts Marketplace allows buyers to report eligible order issues when a car part arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from its listing.

Each request is reviewed using the order details, product listing, buyer’s explanation, supporting evidence, and payment information.

When Can I Request a Return or Refund?

You may submit a request for issues such as:

Damaged or Defective Part

The part arrived broken, damaged, faulty, or unable to work as reasonably expected.

Wrong or Incompatible Part

The received part does not match the ordered vehicle, model, year, engine, trim, SKU, or part number.

Product Not as Described

The product’s condition, brand, specifications, quantity, or included components differ significantly from the listing.

Missing Item or Quantity

A product, accessory, component, or part of the ordered quantity is missing.

For an order that has not arrived, check the tracking information and contact Support rather than confirming delivery.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Step one

    Open Your Order

Go to My Orders, locate the affected purchase, and select View Details.

  2. Step two

    Report the Issue

When the order is eligible, select Raise Dispute, choose the correct reason, and explain what happened.

  3. Step three

    Add Supporting Evidence

Upload clear photos, videos, receipts, shipping labels, product labels, or part-number information.

The dispute process supports PNG, JPG, MP4, and PDF files, with up to five files and a maximum size of 10 MB per file.

  4. Step four

    Wait for Review

The marketplace team reviews the order, listing, evidence, payment record, and available seller information.

  5. Step five

    Follow the Outcome

You can track the request, review notes, resolution, and related payment updates from your buyer account.

Before Returning a Part

Keep the item, original packaging, shipping label, invoice, product label, and manufacturer information until the review is complete.

Do not install, modify, repair, dispose of, or return the part before receiving instructions when the issue is already visible.

If a physical return is required, the next steps will be provided after the request has been reviewed.

Possible Outcomes

Full Refund

The approved amount is returned to the buyer.

Partial Refund

Part of the payment is refunded when the issue affects only part of the product, quantity, or order value.

Replacement

A replacement may be approved when providing the correct or working part is the most suitable solution.

No Action

The request may be closed when the item matches the listing, the claim cannot be supported, or the available evidence does not justify a return or refund.

The marketplace payment process can keep funds held during a dispute. A buyer-favourable decision may result in a refund, while a seller-favourable decision may release the eligible payment.
