Shipping & Delivery

Clear delivery updates from the moment your order is confirmed until it reaches your address.

Shipping & Delivery Introduction

Car Parts Marketplace connects buyers with independent automotive-parts sellers. Each seller is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping the products included in their orders.

Delivery times and shipping charges may vary depending on the seller’s location, the buyer’s address, the size and weight of the part, the selected carrier, and the shipping method available at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, buyers can follow its progress from the Orders section of their account. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.

How Delivery Works

Follow each stage of your order through your buyer account.

  1. Step one

    Order Confirmed

After checkout and successful payment, the seller receives the order information and begins preparing the part for shipment.

  2. Step two

    Order Packed

The seller checks the product, packages it securely, and prepares the shipment for collection or carrier drop-off.

  3. Step three

    Order Shipped

When the order is handed to the carrier, the shipping status is updated. Tracking information will be shown in the buyer’s order details when available.

  4. Step four

    Order Delivered

Once the shipment reaches the delivery address, the order is marked as delivered. The buyer should inspect the package and confirm receipt through the order page where required.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing time and transit time are shown separately so buyers know what to expect.

Independent content card

Processing time is the period a seller needs to inspect, pack, and prepare an order before giving it to the carrier.

The expected processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Part size or weight
  • Seller working days
  • Special packaging requirements
  • Multiple products included in the order

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

Carrier Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package.

The delivery estimate may depend on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier service level
  • Standard or expedited shipping
  • Rural or remote locations
  • Oversized or heavy automotive parts
  • Weather, holidays, or carrier interruptions

The date shown at checkout or in the order page is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Problems

Report delivery concerns promptly so the order can be reviewed properly.

My Order Is Delayed

Check the latest tracking update in your order details. Delivery estimates may change because of weather, carrier congestion, holidays, customs checks, or service interruptions.

Contact Support if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the estimated delivery window has passed.

Tracking Says Delivered, but I Cannot Find the Package

Check around the delivery location, ask household members or building staff, and review any carrier delivery notes.

If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier and report the issue through the relevant order page.

My Package Arrived Damaged

Photograph the outside packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged product before moving or installing the part.

Keep the product and all packaging until the seller or marketplace confirms the next step.

I Received the Wrong Part

Compare the delivered item’s part number, SKU, size, connectors, and vehicle compatibility with the original listing and order details.

Do not install or modify the item. Report the problem through the order page and upload clear supporting photographs.

How Do I Raise a Delivery Dispute?

Open the relevant order and use Raise Dispute when the option is available. Select the correct reason, explain the issue clearly, and upload photographs, videos, receipts, shipping labels, or other supporting evidence.

The marketplace dispute process supports evidence uploads and resolutions such as refunds, partial refunds, replacements, or release of payment to the seller.
