Buy and Sell Car Parts with Confidence

Simple safety practices that protect buyers, sellers, payments, and every transaction

Our marketplace is designed to make buying and selling car parts safer, easier, and more transparent.

Whether you are purchasing a replacement engine part or selling a used vehicle component, always keep your conversations, payments, and order details on the platform. This gives both buyers and sellers a clear transaction record and allows our team to assist if something goes wrong.

Before confirming an order, review the product description, compatibility details, condition, delivery terms, seller information, and total price. Never feel pressured to complete a transaction before you are satisfied with the information provided.

A few careful checks before payment can prevent most problems later.

Check Before You Buy, Sell, or Pay

A few simple checks can help you avoid incorrect parts, payment risks, and unreliable transactions.

Check the Part Details

Confirm the part name, brand, model, year, condition, SKU, OEM number, dimensions, and vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

Ask for additional images or information when a listing does not clearly show the condition of the part.

Check the Buyer or Seller

Review the user’s profile, ratings, account history, verification status, and previous marketplace activity.

Be cautious when someone has incomplete details, avoids answering questions, or pressures you to act immediately.

Keep Everything on the Platform

Use the marketplace messaging, payment, order, and dispute systems.

Do not move the transaction to private messaging apps or external payment methods, as this may remove the protection available through the platform.

Simple process

A Safer Way to Complete Every Transaction

Follow these steps from the first message to successful delivery.

  1. Step one

    Review the Listing

Read the complete product description and inspect all available images. Confirm that the part is suitable for the required vehicle.

  2. Step two

    Ask Questions

Use the marketplace messaging system to ask about condition, compatibility, defects, warranty, delivery, or return terms.

  3. Step three

    Pay Through the Platform

Complete payment only through the approved marketplace payment system. Do not send money directly through bank transfer, cash apps, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or unknown payment links.

  4. Step four

    Track the Order

Use the order page to follow shipping updates, delivery information, and seller communication. Sellers should use trackable delivery wherever possible.

  5. Step five

    Inspect and Confirm

Buyers should inspect the delivered part before installation. Confirm that the item matches the listing and report any major issue within the marketplace’s allowed reporting period.

Always Pay Through the Marketplace

Platform payments create a clear transaction record and make it easier to resolve order problems.

For your protection, all payments should be completed through the payment options provided on the marketplace.

Never send payment because a buyer or seller claims the platform payment system is unavailable. Be cautious of requests for direct bank transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards, personal payment accounts, or payment links sent through messages.

A genuine seller should not need your password, verification code, complete card details, or banking login information.

Sellers should also be cautious of fake payment confirmations. Always check the order status inside your marketplace account before shipping a product. Screenshots, emails, or messages claiming that payment has been completed should not be treated as official confirmation.

Something Does Not Feel Right? Report It

Report suspicious listings, unusual payment requests, misleading information, or order problems as soon as possible.

What activity should I report?

Report listings that appear fake, misleading, duplicated, stolen, incorrectly described, or connected to suspicious payment requests.

You should also report threatening messages, requests for personal information, counterfeit products, prohibited items, fake payment confirmations, or attempts to move the transaction outside the marketplace.

How can I report a listing or user?

Use the Report option available on the listing, user profile, conversation, or order page. Select the most relevant reason and provide clear details, screenshots, or supporting information.

What should I do if I paid outside the platform?

Contact your bank or payment provider immediately. You should also report the account and conversation to our marketplace team.

Transactions completed outside the platform may not qualify for marketplace payment protection.

What if the delivered part is incorrect or damaged?

Take clear photographs before installation. Keep the packaging, delivery label, messages, and order information. Contact the seller through the order page and open a dispute when the issue cannot be resolved.

Will the reported user know who submitted the report?

Reports should be handled as privately as possible. Information may only be shared when required to investigate the issue, enforce marketplace rules, or comply with the law.

Reporting call-to-action content

Your report can help protect other buyers and sellers. Include clear details and supporting evidence so the marketplace team can review the matter properly.
