Report an Intellectual Property Violation

Let us know if a listing, seller profile, vehicle page, or product page uses your content or branding without permission.

We respect the intellectual property rights of photographers, dealerships, manufacturers, parts suppliers, businesses, and content creators.

Users must only upload photographs, descriptions, logos, videos, documents, and other materials that they own or are authorised to use.

You can submit a report if you believe content on our car portal infringes your copyright, trademark, design rights, or other intellectual property.

Reported content may include:

  • Vehicle or product photographs
  • Listing descriptions
  • Dealership or company logos
  • Manufacturer branding
  • Videos and advertisements
  • Parts catalogues and technical diagrams
  • Business names or seller profiles
  • Counterfeit or unauthorised branded products

All reports are reviewed based on the information and evidence provided.

Our journey

How We Review Intellectual Property Reports

Your report moves through a clear review process before any final action is taken.

Gather Evidence

Prepare information showing that you own the content or are authorised to represent the owner.

This may include original files, publication records, contracts, invoices, licence agreements, or registration documents.

Locate the Content

Find the exact vehicle listing, product page, seller profile, image, or description you want to report.

Copy the page URL and take clear screenshots.

Submit the Report

Complete the form with your contact information, content URLs, explanation, supporting evidence, and required declarations.

Report Review

Our team checks whether the content can be located and whether the report contains enough information to understand the claimed violation.

We may request clarification or additional evidence.

Appropriate Action

Depending on the review, we may:

  • Remove or restrict content
  • Contact the seller or uploader
  • Request more information
  • Restore previously restricted content
  • Issue an account warning
  • Take no action when the claim is unsupported

Submitting a report does not automatically guarantee that content will be removed.
